The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the tube station and ideal for my needs. The rooms had a strange smell, were tiny, and allowed cold air to blow directly onto the bed, which was uncomfortable. The service was unhelpful at times, including a situation where a key card was given to the wrong guests late at night. The dining experience was satisfactory, with access to a nearby cafe, but nothing extraordinary. The facilities were average.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms at the back of the hotel were small and almost windowless, making them not ideal for extended stays or for sharing with another person. On the bright side, the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the nearby restaurants and amenities. The service had its highs and lows, with a standout, excellent staff member but some encounters with unfriendly and impolite front desk staff. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were decent overall.

The hotel had modern comfortable style but was significantly smaller than expected, with only approx 1 square meter of space in the room. The towels and mugs in the bathroom were not clean. The convenient location, though, was marred by the room's shockingly small size.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was clean and good enough to spend the night, and despite being at the top of the building, I heard no traffic noise and slept very well. The location was convenient, close to public transport and eateries, providing quick access to Heathrow.
